You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. If your item has already shipped, please contact us at info@productskart.com with the subject line “CANCEL”, and we’ll guide you on next steps.
Incorrect Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@productskart.com. We can update the address within 24 hours of your order being placed to prevent delivery issues.
Damaged Items
We package every order carefully, but occasionally items may arrive damaged due to shipping. If this happens:
Send us your order number.
Attach a photo of the damaged product.
Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge.
